By accessing this website or engaging the services of PRC Solutions, you (“Client”, “Customer”, or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any services.
Deposits and Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate work.

Final payment is due upon substantial completion.

Payments are made to PRC Solutions, with all work performed under the authority of the licensed contractor.
Change Orders
All changes must be documented and approved by both the Client and PRC Solutions. Change orders may affect project cost and schedule.
Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors, including permitting delays through the license holder.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide access, obtain any additional approvals (if not handled by PRC Solutions), and notify us of any known site conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable due to commitments made by PRC Solutions. Cancellation requests must be in writing.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty is provided by PRC Solutions, subject to the licensing authority’s policies and manufacturer warranties on materials.
Scope of Services
We provide commercial construction services, including but not limited to general contracting, new construction, tenant improvements, commercial renovation & remodeling, design build services, construction management, structural work, interior build outs, post-construction services, and more. All work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
While PRC Solutions operates under the license of E&E Construction, all work is performed by and liability rests solely with PRC Solutions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRC Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services provided.
The total liability of PRC Solutions whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in courts located within Cobb County, Georgia.
Licensing and Permits
PRC Solutions performs all work under the license of E&E Construction LLC. All permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance will be conducted through the license holder.
The Client acknowledges that while the license is held by E&E Construction LLC, the work and associated liability are managed by PRC Solutions.
Acceptance
By engaging our services or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms and that the work will be performed under the licensed contractor’s authority.
