Founded by Patrick Riettie, our company is rooted in over 24 years of hands-on construction expertise and a genuine love for building. From transforming flat land into remarkable structures, to breathing new life into aging buildings, Patrick’s passion for construction is at the heart of everything we do.
Patrick began his career in marine construction, building seawalls with Anchor Seawall, and quickly expanded into commercial and residential construction. Over the years, he has worked on a wide variety of projects — from framing and remodeling Macy’s, Walmart, and Starbucks locations to building residential add-ons like rooms and bathrooms, and managing complex interior frame-outs for commercial properties including churches, banks, warehouses, jewelry stores, and more.
